30-Minute Vegan Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw vegan ground meat (I use Beyond Meat)

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp paprika (regular or smoked)

  • salt + pepper to taste

  • optional: 1/2 tsp cayenne (recommended)

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.

  2. Roll into 1" balls and fry on a pan over medium-high with olive oil. Sear meatballs until brown on all sides.

  3. Continue cooking the meatballs in tomato sauce or cook all the way through as is over medium heat.

  4. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
