Vegan Lo Mein (Takeout Style)

Ingredients
Sauce:
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
3 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
Lo Mein:
8 oz rice noodles
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup (packed) chopped Chinese cabbage
1 cup julienned carrots
1/2-1 cup thinly sliced onion
Directions
Whisk the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Prep noodles according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop them from cooking longer.
Heat olive oil in a walk. Add veggies and cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
Add sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Add noodles and toss over high heat until well combined. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
