Vegan Lo Mein (Takeout Style)

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

  • 3 tbsp liquid aminos

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/8 tsp fresh ginger

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Lo Mein:

  • 8 oz rice noodles

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup (packed) chopped Chinese cabbage

  • 1 cup julienned carrots

  • 1/2-1 cup thinly sliced onion

Directions

  1. Whisk the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Prep noodles according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop them from cooking longer.

  3. Heat olive oil in a walk. Add veggies and cook for 5 minutes or until soft.

  4. Add sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Add noodles and toss over high heat until well combined. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
