Buffalo Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients
12 oz pasta (Bionature rice & lentil or Banza recommended)
1 cup cashews, soaked overnight or in hot water for 30 minutes
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (1/4 cup if sensitive to spice)
1 tbsp white miso paste
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
salt + pepper to taste
1 cup water (more if using less buffalo sauce)
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a high-powered blender, blend soaked & drained cashews, buffalo sauce, miso paste, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and water on high until smooth and creamy.
Add the pasta and desired amount of the creamy buffalo sauce to the same pot that you cooked the pasta in. Stir over low heat. Serve hot. Enjoy!
