Ingredients

  • 16 oz rice noodles

  • Peanut Sauce

    • 1 tbsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce) + more if needed

    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    • 1-2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

    • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar

    • 2 tsp maple syrup

    • 1/4-1/2 tsp sriracha

  • crushed peanuts

  • sliced scallions

  • crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Whisk the sauce ingredients together. Add the sauce to the warm noodles.

  3. Top with scallions, crushed peanuts, and crushed red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
