Raw Snickers Bars

This is a gluten-free, vegan, raw, refined sugar-free, and no-bake dessert... so basically you’ll still feel great after eating the whole tray!

Ingredients

1st layer
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp refined coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
2nd layer
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp-1/4 cup unsweetened milk or water
  • 1 cup dates, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes or until soft
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4-1/3 cup chopped peanuts
3rd layer
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp refined coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper sticking out on two sides. Combine 1st layer ingredients and put in pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, blend the 2nd layer ingredients together, keeping the peanuts on the side. Only add as much liquid as needed. Fold in the peanuts. Add the 2nd layer to the pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Add the 3rd layer to the pan. Top with flaky sea salt (optional).
  4. Freeze the dessert completely. Cut in pieces. Enjoy right out of the freezer!
