Sesame Ginger Dressing
This dressing is SO delicious over my Asian noodle salad, but would also be good over tofu, as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, or honestly over anything that you want to give a sesame ginger flair to.
Is this dressing gluten-free?
Soy sauce is not gluten-free, but there are a lot of alternatives you can use (e.g. liquid aminos, coconut aminos, tamari, etc.). I always opt for liquid aminos in recipes that call for soy sauce because that’s what we have at home, but I find that it is a bit of a saltier alternative, so be mindful of that if you’re also adding salt to a recipe.
How do you peel fresh ginger?
I highly recommend using a spoon to peel the ginger. It will help you not waste any of the good stuff and just take off the skin.
