Vegan Whipped Feta
Ok, I don’t know who what when where why I wanted to make this dip. No idea where I saw the idea, but all I knew was it was getting added to my famous “to make” recipe list and I was going to make it soon.
Have I ever tried it before? No.
Did I know if I would like it? No.
Was I going to make this anyway and not let it go until I did? Yes.
I mean do you see this texture?! How could you not like this? It’s perfectly creamy and tangy with a hint of sweetness from that touch of agave and paired with warm pita is just out of this world.
I’m a huge dips & sauces person and feel that they always deserve their spot at the table, but sometimes I get stuck in a rut with making the same kind over and over again. So this is just the beginning of the dip recipes I plan on creating so that no one has to get stuck in that rut!
P.S. Choose a vegan sour cream and a vegan feta that you like. While the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper certainly add amazing flavor, the original tastes of those two ingredients will shine through this recipe, so make sure they’re flavors you want to taste.
