Fudgy Mexican Brownies

INGREDIENTS
Dry:
1 cup gluten-free flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
Wet:
1 cup dates, soaked in hot water for 10 min.
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate
1 tbsp refined coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. Line brownie pan with parchment paper.
Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
Soak dates. Meanwhile, melt chocolate with coconut oil.
Add drained dates and melted chocolate with the rest of the wet ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add wet mixture to dry and mix until just combined. Pour batter into brownie pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
