Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Toppings:
Fresh fruit
Nuts (e.g. pecans, walnuts)
Directions
Mix smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender. Add as much milk as needed to blend, but not too much to make it a drink.
Scoop the blended ingredients into a bowl and top with toppings.
