Sauce Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegetable oyster sauce
3 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tbsp (packed) minced garlic
1/8 tsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar

Lo Mein Ingredients:
1 package (approx 8 oz) ramen noodles
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup (packed) Chinese cabbage chopped or sliced
1 cup julienned carrots
1/2 cup or 1 cup thinly sliced onion

Optional Ingredients:
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Scallions
Bell pepper

Directions:

1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until combined and set aside.
2. Prep the noodles according to package. Drain and rinse to cool. Set aside.
3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok. Add the cabbage, carrots, and onion. Cook for approximately 5 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add noodles and sauce to the wok. Toss over high heat until well combined (approx 3-4 minutes). Enjoy!

Notes: If noodles are sticky after draining, add a little olive oil (1 tbsp max) to prevent sticking. For more nutrients, add in the optional ingredients.
