Ingredients
6 large potatoes
2/3 cup Follow your Heart parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parlsey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp salt
Fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prep two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cut each potato into 8 equal-sized wedges.
3. Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and paprika in a large bowl. Toss with potato wedges.
4. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheets so that they do not touch. Sprinkle 1/3 cup parmesan cheese.
5. Bake potatoes for 40 minutes and flip halfway.
6. Cool. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup parmesan cheese. Top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
